Privacy
We collect and hold information from our customers so we can fulfill their orders. If you have chosen to receive email from us, we may from time to time let you know about any special offers we are running. We have no access to your credit card payment details at any time; they are securely transmitted directly to our payment partner and used to process a single transaction.
Our web server may send you a cookie. A cookie is a file containing a limited amount of information that a web site may place on your computer; the same web site can read back cookies that it has placed, but cannot read anything else on your computer. Our cookie contains only a unique number that identifies you to the web server so that we can keep track of your purchases during a visit. If our cookie is still on your PC next time you visit, we can save you some time by pre-filling forms with information (excluding credit card numbers) that you gave us earlier.

Delivery
We aim to despatch orders on the day of receipt or the next business day. If we expect delivery to take longer - for instance at holiday times - we will advise the expected despatch date before you finalise your order. All orders are subject to post and packing charges as shown below:-
